پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش انعطاف پذیری شناختی وسلامت روان درمیزان استفاده ازشبکه های اجتماعی مجازی دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهربیرجنددردوران همه گیری کووید 19انجام شد.این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی وهمبستگی بود.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختردوره دوم متوسطه شهربیرجند درسال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰ تا ۱۴۰۱ بود که تعداد آنها ۵۷۶۶ نفر بود. در این مطالعه، ۳۶۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان انتخاب شدند و از طریق نمونهگیری در دسترس مورد آزمون قرارگرفتند.ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات نیزپرسشنامه های اعتیادبه شبکه های اجتماعی مبتنی برموبایل،پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی وپرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری شناختی دنیس ووندر وال بودند.یافته نشان دادکه مولفه های سلامت عمومی وانعطاف پذیری شناختی اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی دردوران همه گیری را با 44 درصد قدرت تبیین به طور معناداری (12/158 = F(7)؛ 0/001>p) پیش بینی کردند. در این میان، ضریب بتای زیرمقیاس اضطراب برابر با 24 درصد بود و این بدین معناست که این متغیرقوی ترین سهم یگانه رادر تبیین متغیر ملاک (اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی) دارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان گفت که سلامت عمومی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی پیش بینی کننده های مهم اعتیاد به رسانه های اجتماعی هستند. این امر نشان می دهد که ترکیبی از این عوامل می تواند بخش قابل توجهی از واریانس در استفاده از رسانه های اجتماعی را تشکیل دهد. گنجاندن سلامت عمومی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی، درک جامع تری از عواملی را ارائه می دهد که به اعتیاد به رسانه های اجتماعی کمک می کنند.
