تأثیر آموزش سرمایة روانی با استفاده از مدل مداخلهای لوتانز، بر سرمایة روانی کارشناسان شاغل در یک شرکت صنعتی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مدل مداخلهای لوتانز بر سرمایه روانی کارشناسان شاغل در شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون است. جامعه آماری شامل 650 نفر بود که از بین آنها 60 نفر به شيوه نمونهگيری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفری قرار گرفتند. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامه سرمایه روانی بود. این پرسشنامه ابتدا به صورت پيشآزمون اجرا شد و سپس برنامه آموزشی لوتانز، در 10 جلسه دو ساعته براي گروه آزمايش برگزار گرديد. در پايان دوره، شرکتکنندگان دوباره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحليل نشان داد که در پی استفاده از مدل مداخلهای لوتانز، بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری بهوجود آمده است. به این صورت سرمایه روانی و زیرمقیاسهای امید، خودکارآمدی، و تابآوری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش یافته است. اما تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در مولفة خوشبینی مشاهده نشد. در نتیجه میتوان گفت استفاده از مدل مداخلهای لوتانز بر افزایش سرمایه روانی و زیرمقیاسهای امید، خودکارآمدی و تاب آوری موثر است.
